Each of the books in this pack is worth the price of the full pack. Just take the book on meditation. It is wonderful and easy to follow along with the step by step instructions to go from no skill to mastering mediation. This alone has virtually killed all of my stress and made my life much better. I find this book set just when I was searching for good references on Meditation and Mindfulness. It has given me so many insights about these essential topics. Imagine, getting 4 books in one and all of them are about something that will truly help? This is such a bonus for anyone wanting to learn more about it. The book set also talked about Meditation, some stress and anxiety relief, how to search for inner peace and happiness, and so much more!

After reading this book set, I realized that one can break free from negative emotions that are pulling him down. Negative emotions like the past ones that still affect, worrying about the future, and never getting away from bad habits. There are so many things that mindfulness can do for anyone. This even has a lot of good things about Emotional Intelligence! This is quite an inspiring book set.
